As Founder and CEO, Manoj Shinde oversees the entire global operations for tCognition and identifies new technology imperatives for the company. Manoj has successfully initiated and maintained dozens of Oracle Siebel Systems, SAP and Microsoft Business Solution (CRM) implementations on a worldwide scale. Prior to founding tCognition, Manoj Shinde was Senior Technical Support Engineer and trailblazer at both Siebel Systems and Sybase. Manoj has a deep understanding of blending staffing and human resources with the best available technology.

Manoj graduated with high honors from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India and followed it up with a MBA at Northeastern University. Nowadays, in addition to all things IT, Manoj is passionate about crafting his own fine ales and spirits, and is even building a full-scale commercial Bourbon distillery in the downstairs of tCognition’s Boston-based office.
