Dr Desai had his early education in Tanzania- where he completed his Senior Cambridge Examination with Distinction in English and History. He obtained his Medical Degree in Baroda, India- with a Gold Medal in Medicine. Subsequently, he completed his Urology Specialty training in America at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He is Board-certified in Urology and was the Assistant Professor in Surgery at the University of Kentucky before joining Private Practice.

Frank Tempesta retired as President and CEO of Textron Systems Corporation, a $2B+ company with 6500 employees. 

As a Segment CEO and one of Textron Inc. s top executives, Tempesta also served on its Operating Committee and Transformation Leadership Team. During his 40-year career with the company, he has held senior leadership positions in Program Management, Engineering, and Operations. 

Previously, Tempesta was honorably discharged as a Captain in the United States Army in 1967, having served as a company commander in Vietnam and received the Bronze Star. 

He received his BS and MS degrees in Engineering from Northeastern University in 1962 and 1964. 

Currently, he is Chairman of the Board of The Boston Philharmonic Orchestra; a board member of kSARIA, Inc.; a board member of Social Capital Inc.; an active member of Northeastern University s Engineering Industrial Advisory Board; and a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

Mr. Deshpande is an entrepreneur and real estate developer based in Orlando, Florida. He has 40 years of commercial, industrial and residential development and construction experience. From 1972 to 1983 he was involved in a wide range of commercial and industrial projects including hospitals, office buildings, hotels, institutional buildings, prisons and industrial plants. He served as a project manager of the Orlando International Airport. 

Mr. Deshpande co-founded Park Square Homes in 1984, growing it to be the 69th largest home builder in the United States, with sales of over 1200 homes in 2004. 

Mr. Deshpande was the CEO of the company for 20 years and sold his interests at the end of 2004. Since then, Mr. Deshpande has been involved in commercial projects in central Florida and India. Mr. Deshpande is a founding Board Member of Seaside National Bank and Trust based in Orlando. He also is a partner in two IT firms. 

Mr. Deshpande has been involved with many arts and philanthropic foundations both in the United States and India. He started the India Study Center at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He has been on the Boards of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Hindu Society. He established a Family Foundation and contributes to many activities in India and the United States in the areas of Education and other Social interests.

Shekhar Tiwari has been a senior operating executive, corporate development advisor, entrepreneur, political activist and a poet.

As a senior operating executive, he served three blue chip companies:  American Telephone and Telegraph (AT&T), IBM and MCI. And as a corporate development advisor, he advised the CEO and Board of Directors of Deutsche Telecom, Germany; France Telecom, Paris and NTT, Japan.

He co-founded Sonodyne Corporation, a consumer electronics company in Calcutta; and Indiverse Private Ltd, a broadband entertainment company in New Delhi; MXC Inc, a internet Quality of Service company in Maryland, Cyberforce in Virginia;  and American Biofuel in New Jersey.

As a political activist, he confounded, Overseas Friends of BJP with Dr. Mukund Moody, United States India Security Forum (USISF) with Dr. Rajesh Kadin and Narsmha Reddy and American Hindu Coalition (AHC), bi-partisan political group with Hersh Sethi. He is a life long poet, published many poems and published a poetry book.
